GENERAL GUIDELINES

✔ No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
✔ Do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
✔ Follow the condominium rules, particularly regarding the use of the pool, garden, and common areas.
✔ Do not rearrange the furniture—it must remain in its original position.
✔ Take out the trash regularly to avoid ants and other infestations. Containers are located on the street outside the condominium.
✔ Report any damages to our team or the condominium immediately.
✔ Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult while using the pool.
✔ All rules must be followed as defined in this section and throughout the rest of the listing. The Condominium reserves the right to ask guests to leave the premises if rules are not respected after one verbal warning.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We want to ensure that our home remains in excellent condition for you and future guests. Therefore, we kindly ask for your attention to the following aspects, which are part of the House Rules and the Accommodation Agreement accepted upon confirmation of your booking.

Please treat the house, furniture, equipment, and linens as if they were your own. If something gets damaged, broken, or does not work properly, please inform our team as soon as possible so that we can verify and/or replace it in a timely manner, ensuring comfort for you and the next guests.

Please close all doors and windows carefully whenever you leave the property and ensure that the air conditioning and/or other non-essential equipment are turned off to avoid energy waste and potential risks.


MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX

A municipal tourist tax applies in Albufeira to all guests aged 13 and over at the time of check-in, as follows:

€2 per person/night from April 1st to October 31st.
This tax is charged per person, per night in all tourist accommodations and short-term rental properties, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person/stay.

Please confirm the age of all guests at the time of check-in, as the tax applies based on the guest’s age on the check-in date.

The final amount will be confirmed, and a payment request will be sent.


CLEANING AND EXTRA LAUNDRY DEPOSIT

For bookings during seasonal events or other special occasions, we reserve the right to request a cleaning and extra laundry deposit.

This amount will be requested via Airbnb under the "Extra Services" category. If payment is not made, we reserve the right to decline the booking or, if already confirmed, proceed with its cancellation.

If, after check-out, no extra cleaning or laundry is required, the deposit will be fully refunded via Airbnb within 8 days after check-out.


CHECK-IN

Check-in is self-service, using a digital lock with a code - no need for keys or in-person handover. Our team will provide all the necessary details in advance.
Before check in all non-resident guests in Portugal must provide basic information and present their identification documents, as required by national law under Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement.


PROPERTY ACCESS AND STAY

Without prior notice, no individuals other than the registered guests at check-in are allowed to access, stay, or sleep in the property.


CLEANING
A standard cleaning service is included in your stay. Additional cleaning services can be requested, subject to availability and an extra charge.

Cleaning Includes:
✔ Check-in: Fresh bed linen and towels provided.
✔ For stays of 7 nights: Mid-week towel change and a light cleaning service (bathrooms and kitchen).
✔ For stays of 11 nights: End-of-week towel and linen change + light cleaning service (bathrooms and kitchen).
✔ Check-out cleaning.


NOISE

In Portugal, quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. During this period, any noise that may disturb neighbors must be avoided.


SMOKING
This is a non-smoking home. If you wish to smoke, please do so only in outdoor areas and always dispose of cigarette butts in an ashtray.


PARTIES AND EVENTS

As stated earlier, parties or any kind of gathering that may cause damage to the property or disturb the neighbors are strictly prohibited. Guests must respect all house and condominium rules to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.


CHECK-OUT

On the day of check-out, please:
✔ Leave the house tidy and in good condition.
✔ Collect all your belongings to ensure nothing is left behind.
✔ Dispose of all trash in the designated bins outside the property. Containers are located on the street outside the condominium.

Our cleaning team will take care of the rest.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the private garden with outdoor furniture.
You’ll also have access to the shared swimming pools within the condominium – ideal for a refreshing dip on warm days.

The apartment is located on a lower level and accessed by stairs or via a ramp at another entrance, accessible for wheelchairs and prams.
